Recycling ...

If I should die before I wake
All my bone and sinew take
Put me in the compost pile
To decompose me for a while

Worms, water, sun will have their way,
Returning me to common clay
All that I am will feed the trees
The plants, the fishes in the seas

When radishes and corn you munch
You'll be having me for lunch
And then excrete me with a grin
Chortling "There goes Lee again!"

So, lee endures everlastingly in the decomposing body, in the manure, in the plant, the radish and the crap that passes out of a fat slob's rear. Is that fiction, or is there indeed an immortal 'Self' that takes several physical forms one after another?

Ummm...
I saw Ralli's blog had one random "deep" post one day (something on partition) and I thought I should have some deep shit too. This one seemed very appropriate. Most people who read it just went "ewww!".
If you're looking forward to an insightful discussion on atma paramatma you've got off at the wrong station :)
